MS CAST 2/24/2019	10:00-3:00pm	MS Dance Captains and MS Mentors
	11:00 - 4:00pm	ALL MS CAST- except James and Insects
	12:30-6:00pm	James and Main Insects

* PLEASE NOTE 3rd & 4th graders are invited to stay until 2:30pm if they would like to learn additional material with the 5th-8th grades. If your child would like to stay until 2:30pm, please email Ms. Kendrick at kphillips@davisacademy.org prior to the start of Sunday's rehearsals. 

*Crew may arrive at 9:45am
*Spikers and Ladahlords may stay up until 6pm for extra rehearsal if they would like

Volunteers

In order to pull off the amazing show and help our young thespians shine, we need your assistance.  This year we are using VolunteerSpot to organize our signups: Click this link to go to our pagehttp://signup.com/go/vePdxbY 

Additional volunteer help needed volunteers to prime stairs and set blocks, help us move things in and out of storage units, and help us with set retrieval and delivery of sets – these are TBD on days/times. But please emailkphillips@davisacademy.org if interested

Pizza Sales Beginning this Sunday

All students will be able to purchase pizza beginning Sunday. We will be selling Papa John’s cheese pizza for $1.50 a slice.  Please send cash for your kids if they want to do so, and a lunch if they do not.  All students will receive a snack from us, and all students should plan on bringing a water bottle. Students will get the chance to buy pizza on February 24^th, March 3^rd, March 10^th, March 12^th, March 13^th, and March 15^th.

The additional costuming document for M-8th grades is taking longer than anticipated to type up for all of our cast as to what additional items will be needed for the show that come in from home (shoes, extra shirts, a pair of jeans), but it will be posted by close of Sunday.
