IMPORTANT DRESS REMINDERS & NOTES




SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW (Friday, 3/15)

MS CAST & CREW 8:30*-6:30pm
*MS you may arrive at 7:30am to work on transitions, boot camp dances, and work on areas needing extra attention.

M-2nd: 12:00-4:00pm
3rd-5th:  9:00am- 4:00pm

The following items are due tomorrow!!!
  • Concessions 


  • Directors Gift (If you prefer Venmo, send to @Jami-Kohn) Thank you for helping to recognize the incredible amount of hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and work that goes into producing and directing a musical with 150+ kids! 



DRESS REHEARSALS & SHOW DAYS NOTES

  • MS you may arrive at 7:30am to work on transitions, boot camp dances, and work on areas needing extra attention.

  • Middle School please wear your compression shorts- all MS mic'd characters MUST wear compression undergarments (dance shorts or compression undergarments). Your microphone pack will fall out of your undergarments without these!
  • Lower School Cast please remember to bring in your shoes
  • Mechina-5th grade please come in hair and makeup tomorrow.
  • No Jewelry- Please do not wear or send your children with any bracelets, rings…etc.
  • Funky Town :)- All students are strongly encouraged to bring/wear deodorant as this will be a long day under the lights.
  • Nails - If you want to do your nails, pick a color that matches your costumes. Otherwise, please leave your nails plain.
  •  Hydrate – Everyone should bring a nice sized water bottle so that they can stay hydrated throughout the run. We will provide a snack for them in the rooms
  • Arrival
    • Students should arrive and come through the front lobby doors. Parents are asked not to accompany unless they are volunteering.






WE WILL START WITH MONDAY 6:30 CAST TOMORROW. 













Image result for important notesFood in Costume Rooms – Please note that there should be no food or drink other than water and the snacks we provide in the costume rooms.  This is to protect the rooms and costumes.  All eating must be done (out of costume) and in the cafeteria.

Wearable Technology -  There should be no wearable tech brought from today through the end of show run

Production Video -We are so excited to have Blue Orchid Production join us for the 11th year in a row providing their incredible professional videography services again this year so you can own a "peach" of our show!  Years from now when, like our peach, your child has grown larger into a "giant" superstar you will want to look back,  remember, see, and hear when your superstar was a "little" peach. New this year, we are offering an HD Digital Download in addition to the traditional DVD option. Please click the following link to access the online order page.

Cast Party- Cast Party will be held during the Friday (March 15th) dress rehearsal.  The Party will be after our lunch break, and cake, snacks, and drinks will be provided by The Davis Academy. This party is only for cast and crew members.  Volunteers who are assigned to help on this day will also attend and assist

STRIKE!
TUESDAY MARCH 19th STRIKE! ALL MS CAST & CREW
MS cast and crew are called until  5:00/5:30pm-ish on 3/19 for strike. Strike (breaking down of the set) is mandatory for all MS cast and crew as laid out in the production contract, at the time of audition, and throughout the rehearsal process.  We begin the strike process after lunch and it takes everyone working together to get it done. Please do not pick up your child early or take them to another activity. This is their final commitment to the show. Thank you in advance for understanding and honoring this commitment and the duration of this vitally important part of the show.
