UPDATED LS SCHEDULE WITH CORRECT TIMES FOR 3rd-5th on 3/14 Dress Rehearsal
Please be sure that you have submitted the following items:

We will be selling pizza this Sunday at rehearsal as well as pre-selling for all the tech week rehearsals. We will not be collecting cash during the week, so if your child is going to want pizza on Sunday or the coming week, please send enough cash in to order for the whole week. Snack will be provided for all tech week rehearsals.

JGP ADDITIONAL COSTUME AND SHOE NEEDS TO BRING IN FROM HOME
4th and 5th-grade reporters please bring in your clothes this Sunday in a bag with your name on it!
In an effort to minimize distractions during rehearsal, we need your help getting our cast "offline" while "on-stage". M-8th Students should not wear any Bluetooth devices to the remaining rehearsals (including shows) and should leave them at home. These devices can also affect our sound system. Thank you for your assistance with this!

Additional volunteer help needed
We need 2 strong Volunteers please to help us move things in and out of storage units this Thursday or Friday, and to possibly help us with set retrieval and delivery of sets! Please email kphillips@davisacademy.org if interested in helping out with this vitally important part of the production

Ticket purchases will be all completed using our online system. You will be able to select your seats, pay online with a credit card, and print out your receipt/ticket confirmation (which will serve as your ticket on the day of the show). Cast Party will be held during the Frida(March 15th) dress rehearsal. The Party will be after our lunch break, and cake, snacks, and drinks will be provided by The Davis Academy. This party is only for cast and crew members. Volunteers who are assigned to help on this day will also attend and assist.
